JSC “VNIIKhT” is developing a program of scientific mentoring and continues a course of lectures by leading scientists and experts of the institute in strategically important areas of work as part of a project to preserve the critical knowledge of enterprises of the State Corporation “Rosatom”. November 25, 2015, at the site of JSC “VNIIKhT” a lecture was held by Dr. prof. Kuzina R.E. on the topic “Nuclear fuel cycle and sources of radioactive waste” The Institute has already held more than ten lectures within the framework of the project on such topics as: geology of uranium ores, trends in the development of the uranium industry, technologies for mining uranium deposits, rare earth elements today and tomorrow, theory and practice enrichment of various types of ores, basics of flotation, etc.

The project to preserve the critical knowledge of the enterprises of the State Corporation Rosatom has been carried out at JSC VNIIKhT since 2012. As part of the project for 2015, the institute plans to hold another lecture – December 16, 2015. senior researcher JSC “VNIIKhT” Doctor of Technical Sciences V.V. Sakharov “Creation of new special materials for nuclear and civil industries”. In 2016, the course of lectures by leading scientists and specialists of the Institute will continue.
