The VNIIKhT continues a course of lectures by leading scientists and experts on strategically important areas of the institute’s work as part of a project to preserve the critical knowledge of Rosatom State Corporation enterprises. In the spring of this year, the series of lectures was opened by a meeting with Doctor of Technical Sciences, prof. Kuzin R.E., dedicated to the nuclear fuel cycle and sources of radioactive waste emission.

On October 29, a lecture was held by Dr. Tarkhanova A.V. “Geological support for technological research of various types of uranium ores. Unique deposits of uranium. This is the second lecture by Alexei Vladimirovich within the framework of this project. Last time, he spoke about the trends in the development of the uranium industry. His lectures invariably arouse great interest among scientists and specialists. The last lecture, which was attended by more than 20 young scientists of the institute, was no exception.

Alexey Vladimirovich has many publications and speeches behind him, he personally participated in the development of a number of fields, is active in scientific work and has a rich stock of knowledge and experience.
